Therapeutic Services
Working Together
I work with individual adults in Washington State via telehealth.
I approach clients as whole, complete people, with innate worth and wisdom. In sessions, we’ll talk about what has been happening in your life and what you are struggling with. It is important to me that you feel heard, understood and supported. I am on your team.
When you are ready, we can go beneath the surface, exploring the things that you may have trouble discussing in other settings. This is an opportunity to for you to uncover, process, accept, plan, or simply observe and listen what your feelings, thoughts or body is telling you.
This is internal work that leads to external results. Over time, many people who work with me find more clarity, self-compassion, acceptance and empowerment.
I enjoy working with all people, and will honor the identities and backgrounds that shape you. You are welcome as you are.

Learn More - Schedule a Free 15min Consultation
This free consultation will take place on a video call. You’ll share what brings you to therapy and any questions or you have about me or what it will be like working together. I’ll ask a few questions to ensure I’m a good therapeutic fit and that things will work logistically. There is never any pressure to work with me after this call and I am happy to provide referrals.
